A private holding company. We own and operate businesses across real estate and technology-enabled business development — and we hold each of them to the same standard we hold ourselves.
A simple structure: two businesses we own, two operating divisions inside OneTen Group, and two commercial relationships — not subsidiaries.
Business Solutions and Roofing Solutions are operating divisions inside OneTen Group, not separate legal subsidiaries. Rexcel Coatings and Shop Downtown are commercial relationships, not wholly owned subsidiaries of Ellmad Inc. or OneTen Group.
Built on Purpose. Scaled with Faith.
Some businesses are built around an opportunity. Ours are built around a purpose.
On June 5, 2022, I lost my daughter, Maddie.
In the years since, I've found dimes in the most unexpected places. Airport concourses, parking lots, stores. Often at moments when I'm thinking about her, searching for direction, or struggling with life's decisions.
I can't explain why they appear when they do. But to me, they're little reminders of Maddie. Reminders that love doesn't end when someone leaves this earth.
During a season of rebuilding, God brought Mandy into my life. She became my partner, my strength, and someone who continually encourages me to grow in faith.
One day, Mandy shared a Bible verse that would become the foundation of our work.
"That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God."
That verse gave words to the purpose we wanted our lives and businesses to reflect.
And from those experiences, OneTen found its name.

Our Calling
ONE — Jesus Christ. The foundation of our faith and the reason behind our purpose.
TEN — Maddie. The dimes that remind me of my daughter and the love that will always remain.
1:10 — Our calling. To walk worthy, bear fruit through our work, and continue growing in our knowledge of God.
The cross in our logos and the number 1:10 are not marketing devices. They're personal reminders of why we do what we do.
We believe the businesses we build are opportunities to serve others, practice integrity, and be responsible stewards of what God has entrusted to us.
We won't always get everything right. But our commitment is to keep learning, keep serving, and keep walking in faith.
"We are not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ."
Romans 1:16Interested in one of our businesses, a partnership, or an opportunity worth discussing? Send us a message. We'll get back to you.
